SERE are looking for an ambitious Purchase Ledger Administrator to join our Accounts team within our Belfast, Head Office.
Job Title: PURCHASE LEDGER ADMINISTRATOR

The role will include the following responsibilities:
* To process invoices and payments through a high volume purchase ledger
* To provide administrative assistance to the Financial Controller
* To produce weekly and monthly account reconciliations
* To assist with administrative tasks within a busy finance department
* To produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports
* To carry out any other duties as required
Criteria:
* GCSE (or equivalent) English Language and Maths at Grade C or above
* High level of aptitude for administrative tasks
* Good organisational skills
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
* The ability to work effectively with a minimum of supervision
* Minimum 12 months’ experience working within an administrative/accounting role
* Experience within a finance department would be an advantage
