Make an Impact in Audit Quality at RSM UK
The audit quality department is responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of quality initiatives across the practice. Joining the audit quality team allows you to be at the forefront of change and offers you a unique opportunity to help shape and develop practical initiatives to improve audit quality.
We are looking for an Audit Quality Manager to join our Audit Quality Department based at our London office on a Hybrid working schedule. We are open to candidates being based in different locations in the UK.
You will make an impact by:
* Collaborating across the business to develop, implement, and monitor quality initiatives that reduce risk and enhance audit quality.
* Conducting in-flight audit reviews to identify issues and coach audit teams in addressing these issues.
* Working closely with the director to ensure audit quality is consistently maintained and enhanced.
* Sharing key learnings and best practices with audit teams to improve overall audit quality initiatives.
* Contributing to the ongoing development of quality initiatives as part of the audit quality enhancement plan.

* Be ACA, ACCA, CA or CAI qualified
* Previous experience as a Manager or Assistant Manager in audit
* Proven technical auditing and accounting skills
* A track record of delivering quality and experience in the audit industry
* Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly
* People management skills and experience in providing constructive feedback
* Project management experience, with adaptability to handle changing timelines and plans
* Understanding of proportionality and the ability to make sound decisions
* A challenging and sceptical mindset with high attention to detail
