The U.S. Consumer Services and Enterprise Digital & Data Technology Team brings together foundational strategic technology capabilities in digital experience engineering (Mobile and Web), AI/ML, marketing technology, enterprise communications, travel and lifestyle, and automation, grounded in our data technology model that prioritizes data governance. It employs a ground-breaking focus with development responsibilities for customer-facing capabilities that deepen and expand digital engagement, as well as core technical capabilities that cut across business lines and customer segments.
How will you make an impact in this role?
* Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also, they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
* Development of Automation and Testing in a CI/CD environment for web applications.
* Work with Engineers to drive improvements in code quality via manual and automated Testing.
* Develop Test Plans, Strategies, and scheduling of test activity. Create, maintain and execute Test cases/scripts at any level as required (Unit, Integration, Component Integration, System Integration, Exploratory).
* Validate and report on test results for software quality improvement.
* Coordinate Quality at Every Step involved in the review of the user story backlog and requirements specifications for completeness and weaknesses in function, performance, reliability, scalability, testability, usability, and security and compliance testing, and provide recommendations.
* Work with Product Owners to prioritize features, maintain documentation, and known issues.
* Review progress and make recommendations for areas of opportunities/improvements for automation & tool usage.
* Look beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities.
* Identify and illuminate risks to the whole team when identified at any stage of planning or development.
* Coordinate with other QEs to ensure consistent messaging across the platform as it relates to Quality.
* Good attitude, communication, willingness to learn, and collaborate.

Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline.
* Having 3+ years of work experience with testing and automation.
* Experience with UI Test Automation frameworks (Selenium or WebDriver IO or Playwright, etc.).
* Hands-on Experience in API Automation using any frameworks like Super-Test / Rest-Assured.
* Good Debugging skills in analyzing any issues.
* Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery environment and platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
* Hands-on Experience in Playwright frameworks.
* Experience in using TypeScript as programming.
