They have been in the industry for 23 years and are more so now than ever committed to their journey of growth and expansion.\n\nWhat is an Asbestos Operations Manager?\n\nAs an Asbestos Operations Manager you will oversees the safe and compliant removal of asbestos, ensuring projects adhere to regulatory standards. Manage and train a team or 15-20 team members, enforce health and safety protocols, and maintain accurate project documentation.
Their role also involves coordinating with clients to meet project requirements and ensure satisfaction.\n\nWhat qualifications do I need to be able to apply for this Asbestos Operations Role?\n\nNecessary: P402 and P405 qualifications, 8+ years of experience in the Asbestos Industry\n\nEncouraged:\n\nS301 qualification\nPossess the expertise to perform the job well.\nFocused on satisfying both internal and external customers.\nAble to organize resources effectively to complete tasks.\nHave strong interpersonal and communication skills.\nQuick to learn new skills.\nResults-driven and consistently exceed goals.What you as an Asbestos Operations Manager are responsible for:\n\nOperational Performance - you will ensure the achievement of all agreed operational performance targets in accordance with key business objectives, service plan objectives and contractual obligations with each and every client.\nCommercial Performance - you will ensure the achievement of all agreed financial performance targets (turnover, gross profit and net profit) in accordance with key business objectives and service plan objectives.\nCustomer Relationship Management - you will foster positive, productive and long-lasting relationships with each of our clients. You will be the main operational point of client contact and as such have responsibility for both providing advice to clients on all aspects of asbestos management and for management of the relationship and contract that exists with each client.\nYou will provide effective leadership and management through the line management structure and ensure line management activities are delivered to a consistently high standard.\nHealth & Safety - you will embed a strong health and safety culture within the field based team through appropriate induction and on-going training and briefings.\nManagement Information - you will produce appropriate standardised monthly management information for the team (balanced scorecard) and for all clients (KPI reports) to ensure we meet all contractual targets.\nAuditing - you will support the delivery of robust auditing processes and instil a compliance culture with the field based team.\nIn conjunction with the Head of Asbestos and Technical Manager (Asbestos) you will provide technical support to the delivery of surveying and analytical projects, including project management, scoping, and compliance risk assessment.\nAdvice and Consultancy - in conjunction with the Head of Asbestos and Technical Manager (Asbestos) you will provide advice, consultancy and training to clients.You Can Commute From:\n\nSouth Birmingham, North Home Counties\n\nIf you have the relevant qualifications and would like to be put forward for the positions contact me directly, my name is Tom Corbett.\n\nDirect line: (phone number removed)\n\nMobile number: (phone number removed)\n\nEmail: (url removed)
