Commercial Operations Executive
The Commercial Operations team are looking for a Commercial Operations Executive to join their department on a full-time, permanent contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the commercial assessment, operational planning and implementation of global expansion strategy for developing and emerging markets. Whilst supporting established Rest of World (ROW) Distributors, Vitaflo subsidiaries and NHSc markets with regular commercial operational reviews and taking forward initiatives.
Vitaflo continues to drive growth in established and emerging markets, the commercial operations team is key in supporting this business expansion and developing new routes to market.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a commercial background looking to develop their experience for global market entry, whilst working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders on a wide range of projects.
What will you do?
As a Commercial Operations Executive, your responsibilities will consist of the following:
Data collection, analysis and validation for evaluating the commercial potential of new markets. identifying any operational market entry barriers and how to mitigate accordingly
Liaise with Vitaflo HQ, NHSc and third-party distributors in providing business operational support to ensure successful introduction and growth of the portfolio
Build strong relationships and ways of working with key functions at Vitaflo HQ to effectively support operational implementation of new market launches and market entry
Management of the Distributor Databases with data inputting and follow up actions
Provide support in evaluating new / renovated product launches, liaising with stakeholders for existing distributors
Commercial account representative for specific Distributors for tender bids, pricing agreements and general support.
Participate in ad-hoc projects specific to international launch acceleration and operational effeciencies
What skills and experiences should you have?
Experience of working successfully in cross-functional projects / teams
Experience of building relationships and working well with internal and external stakeholders, including the UK and Internationally
Minimum of 3 years experience in a commercial role
* Good operational and supply chain understanding
An understandinng of Bid Bonds and Letters of credit is preferred
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, including Excel
Strong time management, communication and organisation skills that reflect the ability to effectively manage your own workload
A great team player, whilst also self-motivated
Analytical and proactive mindset
