Summary An exciting opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented individual to join the Holidays Indoor team for the Wales & Northern Ireland region. You'll be driven to meet deadlines to ensure our holiday cottages in this region are running compliantly. This is a part time, 7 hours a week, fixed term contract to cover a 6 month secondment. You'll be part of a team that covers the Wales & Northern Ireland region. Your contractual location will therefore be dependent on the closest National Trust property to your home, that can accommodate you. Your contractual location is flexible and we're happy for you to work at any of our regional hubs or properties. Start date: As soon as possible What it's like to work here Working closely with our Compliance Co-ordinator, the Holidays Indoors team are friendly professionals and are committed to delivering the best possible guest experience. You'll understand that our teams have multiple aspects to their roles so from time to time you will get out to sites to support completion of compliance activities rather than being desk bound. What you'll be doing Reporting to the Compliance Co-ordinator, you'll ensure that a series of compliance tasks relating to Holidays Cottage are completed and documented as such on our monitoring system, Vantage. You'll ensure that workplace inspections, cottage logbooks are accurate and up to date. You'll support the Area Manager and the Holiday Managers with their activities, including creating monthly performance reports, and in turn will be supported by a network of Holidays Compliance Coordinators (Indoors and Outdoors).
