The Sutton Businesswomen's Network is looking for a second Chair person to lead meetings, take and write up minutes, promote events plus a small amount of social media management. An average of 2 hours per week.
Being a co-chair and leader of the network will raise your profile as a local businesswoman and of your business.
This role shares any profits after expenses of running the network which include hire of a hall and refreshments.
I am looking to work with a local businesswoman who has a great service or product to offer in the local area and is serious about their business and passionate about business and about supporting other women in business to thrive.
You get exclusivity for your type of business.
You will build your connections, grow your network and get a lot of free promotion.
Our network is friendly and highly supportive of each other. We are a community as well as a business network.
This is a highly rewarding role.
This is not for those expecting a huge direct monetary return but for a woman in business who is passionate and wants a long-term venture that will help you become a stable inspirational figure in the local area.
Responsibilities
1. Attending meetings up to twice per month in-person in Sutton and online. Tuesdays at 5pm until 6.30pm
2. Being friendly and helpful
3. A warm smile, kind heart and strong head on your shoulders
4. Ability to take minutes
5. Typing up minutes and sending out via email twice per month
6. Creating social media posts once a week
7. Creating events on Eventbrite
Qualifications
You must currently run your own business/be a freelancer/head of a Limited Company or Sole Trader
