We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Support the HR team in organising training and development programs. Handle employee inquiries and provide timely and effective resolutions. Assist in the coordination of company events and employee engagement initiatives. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices. Requirements: Previous experience in an HR or administrative role is preferred. Ideally CIPD qualified Strong organisational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
