Key Duties: Oversee customer contract renewals and maintenance logs, ensuring accurate and timely updates and invoicing. Proactively reach out to customers to secure purchase orders for new periods, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuity of service. Efficiently process sales orders and invoices in relevant systems, maintaining smooth order flow and ensuring customer needs are met. Manage customer records and key information across platforms internal systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date data. Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries via phone and email, offering solutions, and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the process. Key Competencies/Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-building. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, ensuring prompt responses and timely resolution of customer requests. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with experience in using CRM and order management systems.
