Key Duties:
* Oversee customer contract renewals and maintenance logs, ensuring accurate and timely updates and invoicing.
* Proactively reach out to customers to secure purchase orders for new periods, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuity of service.
* Efficiently process sales orders and invoices in relevant systems, maintaining smooth order flow and ensuring customer needs are met.
* Manage customer records and key information across platforms internal systems, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date data.
* Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries via phone and email, offering solutions, and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the process.
Key Competencies/Skills:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers at all levels.
* Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving and relationship-building.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, ensuring prompt responses and timely resolution of customer requests.
