We're looking for a talented Media Agency Executive who expects more from their career.This is an exciting opportunity to help drive the Tesco Media proposition and product adoption within agency activation teams, including Retail Media & Performance teams. You willhelp to define the future of Retail Media with the support of the UK's largest Retailer and help major media agencies to continue to develop their retail media practices. The right candidate will play a defining role in growing our agency partnerships strategy & engagement. You will be responsible for driving education and adoption of our onsite performance products, including Search and Display formats across Tesco.com and the Tesco shopping App. You will build engagement programs with media agencies that ensure that they are expert practitioners, are delivering best practice work, and are made aware of the latest product updates, insights, recommendations and feature releases. You will work with activation specialists and dovetail closely with Senior Agency Partners to ensure that your work ladders up to the agreed strategic objectives written into our agency partnerships. The successful candidate will join our growing Agency team, and work with world class and passionate people to shape a proposition that creates measurable value for customers, advertisers & Tesco Media. What we are looking for Strong background in performance media - specifically search / retail media - that demonstrates a track record in delivering customer satisfaction and product adoption. Structured thinking that enables you to develop a clear work program with agencies to deliver product sales support at scale. Some knowledge of the agency landscape, major players, operating models, commercial structure, and building of joint business plans. Evidence of long-term relationship building with relevant agency stakeholders to drive revenue growth, product and platform adoption to unlock incremental revenue. A real team player, comfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environment. Passionate about sharing their expertise and collaborating with their colleagues. An interest in working with product and technology stakeholders to continue to improve our digital performance products. What we expect from you Digital media performance planning and/or activation experience from media agency, media owner or brand. Platform experience within products such as Amazon Sponsored, Paid Search (Google or Microsoft), Criteo and/or CitrusAd/Epsilon is highly preferred. Knowledge and passion for Retail Media, with a 'customer first' approach. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities. Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
