We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Trainer with a passion for developing and delivering training programs that uphold the highest safety standards in our warehouse operations. In this role, you will mentor and train both new and existing warehouse colleagues in safety practices and regulations. Collaboration with the HSE team is vital to enhance safe work practices and maintain accurate training records. Your contributions will be essential in promoting safety across all warehouse functions, from stock handling to mandated workwear compliance., + Deliver comprehensive training on induction, safe work procedures, materials handling equipment (MHE), and manual handling techniques, ensuring a welcoming experience for new starters. + Conduct behavioral safety observations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and foster a culture of safety. + Maintain training records, schedule refresher courses, and provide updates at Health & Safety committee meetings. + Assist with accident investigations and collaborate with other departments to ensure all training requirements are met across shifts. + Conduct hands-on sessions (classroom or practical) to develop technical skills essential for warehouse operations., This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in establishing a safe working environment. + Proven experience in warehouse operations and relevant certifications, such as Materials Handling Equipment Instructor (ITSSAR / RTITB or equivalent) and Manual Handling Trainer certification. + Proficiency in MS Office and robust organisational abilities. + Practical trainer qualifications and experience in presenting to groups would be advantageous. + A passion for safety and excellent communication skills are essential attributes for success in this role.
