Territory Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve Sales Targets: Drive and meet personal sales goals for Barco products.
2. Expand and Manage Reseller Network: Identify, onboard, and support new and existing resellers, acting as their key contact. Develop business plans and track performance through regular reviews.
3. Provide Technical and Sales Expertise: Support partners with product knowledge, training, and updates to ensure they can effectively sell and specify Barco solutions.
4. Lead Generation and Management: Generate and manage leads through events, demonstrations, and partner engagements. Distribute leads to partners and ensure timely follow-up.
5. Brand Marketing and CRM Management: Enhance Barco’s brand visibility in the region while maintaining up-to-date sales opportunities in the CRM.
6. Forecasting and Market Insights: Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts and share market intelligence to support strategy and decision-making.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience.
2. Experience: 5-7 years of proven sales experience in a related industry or technology sector.
People Management:
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to establish credibility with client managers.
* Comfortable working across different organizational and national boundaries.
Results-Oriented:
* Driven to hunt for new customers and contacts within targeted accounts.
* Skilled in high-level sales negotiations and relationship building.
