Orion are partnered with a well-established manufacturing business located in Oxfordshire who are recruiting for an experiencedMechanical Assembly Technicianto join the team.
They would be more than happy to welcome a background in ex-forces, HGV or similar.
Mechanical Assembly TechnicianResponsibilities
To build and assemble all mechanical components on bespoke aircraft refuelling vehicles and HGVs
Mechanical Assembly TechnicianExperience Required:
Must be confident and able to read and work from engineering drawings and models
Working on Sub-assemblies
To be confident with all hand tools
Basic fabrication skills and experience
Experience building v3ehicles (ideally HGV)4Experience with air craft refuelling vehicles
Must have the right to work in the UK
Experience with pneumatic & hydraulic systems
TIG/MIG Welding
Must have a driving licence/car
Mechanical Assembly TechnicianSalary : £30,000 - £36,000
Mechanical Assembly TechnicianPackage:
23 days annual leave including bank holidaysafter completing 3x years this is extended
