Working as an integral part of the People & Culture team, the Recruitment Coordinator will work closely with the Internal Recruiter, Internal Stakeholders and occasionally recruitment agencies to bring exceptional talent into the business. Supporting with the full 360 life cycle, the Recruitment Coordinator will support in drafting and posting job adverts and will focus on candidate resourcing using platforms such as Indeed, and LinkedIn to build up a talent pipeline of potential candidates to Liquidline. Spending equal time over the phone, and via email - you will work to ensure Liquidline has a strong talent pipeline for specific roles in the organisation such as Field Service Engineers, and Business Development Managers. Supporting the wider People & Culture team, you will assist with onboarding paperwork such as Offer Letters and contracts of employment ensuring that new starters have a smooth transition into Liquidline. This is a Fixed Term Position for 12 Months. The Role - Recruitment Coordinator To conduct screening CV's, and conducting initial phone screenings with candidates to understand their suitability for the specific role within Liquidline. To utilise resourcing platforms including Indeed Smart Sourcing, and LinkedIn Recruiter to reach the passive candidate market to develop a talent pipeline. To regularly review applications on the ATS for new candidates, and screen and shortlist as appropriate. To monitor the dedicated People Inbox, dealing with initial candidate and agency queries. To support the People & Culture team with the administration of candidate Offer Letters and Contracts of Employment. To support with drafting job descriptions, and coordinating interviews for candidates throughout the recruitment process. To support with placing adverts on the Applicant Tracking System and ensuring these are also placed on Indeed, LinkedIn and any other relevant job boards. To support in ensuring the HR Trackers are up to date to ensure accurate reporting's for Recruitment Metrics such as Time to Hire, Source of Hire and Cost of Hire. What You Will Need In The Role Of Recruitment Coordinator Proven experience of working in a recruitment administration position, within a HR team previously. Proven understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and assessment tools. Awareness of data protection when it comes to candidate data. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. IT proficient, with a good understanding of HR / ATS systems. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Previous experience of using candidate sourcing tools, such as Indeed, CV Library or LinkedIn. Reliable, responsive with a service driven approach.
