Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in Key Stage 2 in line with the National Curriculum.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND.
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children can succeed.
* Assess, monitor, and report on pupils’ progress, ensuring they meet key learning objectives.
* Work collaboratively with other teachers, teaching assistants, and school leaders.
* Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider school community.
* Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and development as part of the ECT framework.
What We’re Looking For
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
* A genuine passion for education and inspiring children in Key Stage 2.
* Excellent knowledge of the primary curriculum and a creative approach to teaching and learning.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Resilience, enthusiasm, and a commitment to developing your teaching practice.
