Exciting Global Software Business are looking for a Business Project Manager for a 12 month permanent opportunity to be the Project Manager for the Sales Team and work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to deliver new initiatives.
Please note this role will require going to the Swindon office a couple of times a month to see the CRO and some occasional travel to other UK based offices.
THE ROLE
1. Lead and manage projects and initiatives from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with the CRO's objectives and/or strategic delivery objectives as appropriate.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive programme and project plans aligned with organisational goals and objectives, working in collaboration with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
3. Establish good governance structures and ensure adherence to project management methodologies, including regular project reviews and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
5. Allocate resources effectively and manage project budgets to ensure financial targets are met.
6. Communicate programme updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
