Location – Glasgow City centre
Hours of Work – Mon to Fri 9am to 5.30pm

We are seeking to recruit a dedicated, organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to deliver a high level of support to our Clinical Services Director and team. As part of our support team, the successful candidate will support the PA to the Clinical Services Director and Senior Clinical Team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
* Delivering high quality administrative support
* Mailbox Management
* Overseeing administration relating to the Practicing Privileges and Onboarding Process for Doctors and Clinicians
* Maintaining Doctor Personnel files
* Overseeing regulator related administration
* Overseeing administration relating to Company Policies & Procedures
* Producing Minutes of clinical team meetings
* Electronic document filing and scanning
* General administration duties
Essential Skills:
* Flexible and willing to work within a busy team environment
* Be able to work efficiently and have good attention to detail
* Good communication skills
* Being able to multitask effectively
* Confident in working independently, but also work well within a team
* Highly organised and able to prioritise own workload
* Ownership of tasks and able to work to deadlines
* IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
* Must have a minimum of two years working in an office/administrator role
