* Overseeing administrative procedures and processes
* Assisting with screening records
* Reviewing high volumes of driver applications
* Assisting with the organisation's HR, including liaising with external recruitment agencies
* Sending interview confirmations and updating candidates within the process
* Supporting company recruitment days
* Reviewing applications and liaising with other departments
* Updating trackers and sending detailed updates
* Handling correspondence and queries
The Successful Applicant
A successful Recruitment Administrator should have:
* A high level of organisational skills
* Previous recruitment or HR background desirable
* Proficiency in MS Office
* A proactive nature and the ability to work independently
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to multitask
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
