We’re looking for a Senior Transformation Manager to join us at our Business Centre in Bradford. The Senior Transformation Manager will support the delivery of our automation and improvement strategy across all LSS Operations with a focus on working smarter. Working closely with operational and technology solutions teams and our customers to deliver an improved service that exceeds expectations and delivers value. There will be a need to influence stakeholders, assess, challenge and recommend solutions based on complex issues encountered across multiple countries and jurisdictions. What will you be doing? Lead the execution of the transformation roadmap across all operational areas, utilising both agile and traditional project management methods to achieve impactful results. Provide strategic direction and support to Transformation Specialists, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with overall transformation goals. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support, develop, and engage employees in transformation efforts, driving a culture of continuous improvement. Partner with Directors to design and implement digital solutions that elevate our product and service offerings for current and future customers. Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends, actively researching advancements to inform transformation initiatives. Lead and manage automation projects, from initial scoping through to implementation, tracking, and successful delivery. Cultivate and maintain productive relationships with third-party providers to enhance project outcomes as needed. We tend to look for people with: Proven Project Management Experience : Demonstrated success in managing complex projects using both agile and traditional methodologies, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope. Technology Proficiency : Solid experience implementing technology solutions, with a background in managing technology-driven projects and familiarity with automation tools. Operational & Multi-Entity Experience : Background in fast-paced, multinational, or multi-entity environments, ideally within finance or back-office operations. Strategic Networking and Influence : Skilled at building strong networks across the business, effectively leveraging expertise for project success, and gaining buy-in from key stakeholders. Stakeholder Management and Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders, including regular interaction with the Senior Leadership Team.
