About the Role: They are seeking a skilled Architectural Technician with 5-10 years of experience, ideally in the residential or commercial sectors. This is a technical role, and you will be responsible for: Design development on various projects, collaborating with team members. Working on RIBA Stages 4-5, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance. Applying UK Building Regulations effectively in project execution. Requirements: Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or MicroStation. Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Experience working on technical design and detailing. A keen eye for detail and the ability to work effectively within a close-knit team.
