Scheme Manager (16 hours per week) required in Ormskirk We are seeking a temporary Scheme Manager to support our client on a 16-hour per week contract in Ormskirk, working Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Your new role Health & safety compliance checks, raising any required work orders and assisting to log repairs Void management, lettings, viewings and sign-ups Managing low level ASB and arrears Responding to queries/complaints from customers, family members or stakeholders Morning check in calls to vulnerable residents Signposting to external agencies regarding benefits, mental health What you'll need to succeed Experience working within a similar setting/social housing environment and dealing with vulnerable adults Knowledge/understanding of housing & tenancy management principles - experience of dealing with voids, lettings, viewings, ASB and arrears Good communication and interpersonal skills Enhanced DBS (ideally on update service) What you'll get in return Weekly pay 16 hour per week contract Immediate starts pending references and DBS What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
