Are you looking to kick start your career? We are looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join our team. This role is based out of the office in Hammersmith with a salary range of £23,000 to £25,000 + commission.
About the Company:
Started over 20 years ago, our client is a bespoke recruitment company specialising in finding staff for High-net-worth individuals in the UK and overseas. Staff members range from maternity nurses, nannies, and housekeepers to estate managers, chefs, and chauffeurs.
The Role:
The Candidate Resourcer will be assigned to support the onboarding of either the household team (housekeepers and nannies) or private staff team (PAs, chauffeurs, chefs, house managers etc)
1. To review new candidate applications and conduct registration interviews
2. Build a relationship with registered candidates, checking in regularly to see if they are still looking for work and whether their situation has changed
3. Carry out candidate compliance checks, such as right to work and references
4. To liaise with recruitment consultants to find out which jobs or candidate skills they require, to then actively source
5. Update registered candidates
6. Suggest candidates to the consultants to submit to vacancies
7. Generate new business by calling references
About You:
8. Excellent written and spoken English, a flair for writing and a keen eye for detail
9. Confident telephone manner
10. Strong time management and organisational skills
11. Ability to work as part of a team but also a self-starter with initiative to work alone
12. Strong IT skills across outlook, word and excel. Will be trained on how to use CRM
13. A genuine desire to provide outstanding service both internally and externally
14. Good memory of previous candidates
