We're looking for a Reward Specialist to join our dynamic HR team and play a key role in ensuring our employees feel valued and supported. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and executing reward strategies that align with our business objectives while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
What You'll Do:
1. Develop and implement reward programs, policies, and projects
2. Conduct market benchmarking and salary reviews to ensure competitiveness
3. Design and manage incentive schemes, bonus structures, and long-term reward programs
4. Ensure compliance with regulations and corporate governance
5. Provide expert advice to HR and leadership on reward-related matters
6. Communicate reward initiatives and engage with employees
7. Analyze data and prepare detailed reports for management
8. Support the annual pay review process and benefits administration
Who You Are:
1. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in a reward role
2. Proven experience in UK reward practices, ideally in a corporate environment
3. Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
5. Knowledge of UK employment law and reward regulations
6. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
7. Experience with UK employee benefits programs
