Role: Real Estate Finance Solicitor
Key Responsibilities:
* Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of real estate assets, including cash flow modeling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, and sensitivity analysis.
* Investment Evaluation: Assess potential real estate investments by analyzing market trends, property performance, and financial viability. Provide recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative analysis.
* Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process for acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects. Review property financials, leases, and market data to ensure accurate valuations.
* Market Research: Conduct market research to support investment decisions, including analysis of economic trends, demographic data, and competitive landscapes.
* Reporting: Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and investment memos for senior management and investment committees.
* Portfolio Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of existing real estate assets, identifying opportunities to optimize returns and mitigate risks.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including acquisitions, asset management, and development, as well as external partners such as lenders, brokers, and legal advisors.
* Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies in all financial analyses and transactions.
