Salary: £11.83 - £12.78 per hour / £24,600 - £26,600 per annum, DOE

Hours: 40 Hours per week, Working a 2-Week Rota Pattern including every other weekend. Overtime available if required.

Role Overview: As a Support Worker, you will work in a Supported Living and Learning Environment with young adults aged 19+ who have severe learning difficulties and challenging behavior. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing social activities to enhance quality of life
* Assisting with all aspects of daily living and promoting independence
* Establishing warm, caring, and supportive relationships with individuals
* Encouraging and guiding supportive independence
Criteria: We are seeking proactive, compassionate individuals who demonstrate:
* Previous care experience
* Ability to work to a rota pattern including every other weekend
* Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and understanding
* Motivation to learn and go the extra mile
* Ability to guide and encourage supportive independence
