Our new and bold venture with BYD provides a fantastic opportunity for some of our current Sales Executives to make the transition to this new and exciting brand. BYD are at the forefront of the Electric Vehicle Market.
To begin with we will have 3 brilliant models for Peoples to sell; Dolphin, Atto 3 and Seal. In addition, they will be bringing at least another 2 new models to the UK in 2024.
We are looking for passionate, positive and driven EV Product Specialists who would like to take on this new opportunity and product offering with BYD. Key focuses of the role include:
1. An in-depth knowledge of Electric Vehicles. This includes everything from understanding the features and benefits of the BYD models, as well as understanding what it means to be an EV owner. As we know, range anxiety, cost comparisons and charging infrastructure are all fairly new concepts to our customers and future customers.
2. Having BYD Sales Execs who have the knowledge, expertise and confidence to explain the products to customers as well as alleviating concerns which customer may have from switching from ICE to EV. This includes staying up to date with the latest government initiatives to drive more people into EVs, whether that be salary sacrifice schemes and incentives, or changes to benefit in kind or ULEZ changes in local areas.
3. Our greatest strength is our customer relationships so this will be a pivotal role to use your knowledge and relationship skills to promote the benefits of this new product range.
4. You will drive our BYD partnership forward and become an ambassador for the latest EV technologies and products.
5. You will be responsible for sharing your passion and excitement for the brand to make sure our customers get a unique and memorable experience from start to finish.

10. Thorough knowledge of EVs as well as the current and future infrastructure in relation to charging, best cost options and reducing customer anxieties associated with making the change to EV.
