As a Services Manager at Sodexo, you'll will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the service departments, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction, and managing a team of skilled service professionals. You will work closely with all departments to ensure a seamless delivery and contribute to the overall success of the company.

What you’ll do:
* Develop and implement service procedures, policies and standards
* Maintain an organised and efficient service department including inventory management and scheduling
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
What you bring:
* Previous experience within a similar role would be beneficial
* Excellent leadership and team management skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to analyse data and metrics to drive decision making
* Strong dedication to service excellence
