Purpose:
An exciting new senior position at HTSL Group where you will have a broad range of responsibilities for our people, business processes, systems, and operations. Reporting directly to the MD and working collaboratively with other team members you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the group’s future success and continued growth.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Developing and executing operational strategies to optimise efficiency and support the group's growth.
2. Delivery of the highest level of customer service.
3. Managing against agreed budgets for costs and revenue.
4. Delivery of agreed KPI’s and targets.
5. Aligning the group companies systems, processes, and functions.
6. Maintain operational integrity and excellence, ensuring robust governance, subcontractor management, and performance reporting.
7. Work with business group leadership teams and operational managers to improve delivery performance.
8. Overseeing onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
9. Overall responsibility for people, training, and development.
10. Actively identifying, pursuing, and developing opportunities for innovation, such as digitalisation and technology use.
11. Ownership of EHSQ matters, development of EHSQ values, and ensure they are always delivered and adhered to, proactively leading and demonstrating safety behavioral values.
12. Lead and focus the team to attain all HSE plans, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with regulation and legislation whilst ensuring a safe working environment.
13. Proactive risk management.

1. Proven experience in a senior leadership role with accountability for business management, systems, operations, and people.
2. Experience of internal facing communication.
3. Strong relevant technical expertise or commercial/business management applied in a technical group.
4. Team building skills – motivating people, proactively enabling cross-functional best practice.
5. Ability to lead change programmes.
6. The ability to influence and challenge others to behave in ways consistent with the interest of the group.
