WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
2 x Operations Trainees who will be responsible for the completion of manual assembly operations to produce sub-assembly or electrical assemblies.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE YOU’LL NEED:
1. Experience gained in an advanced engineering environment
2. Experience of component assembly
3. Excellent attention to detail
4. Ability to work to deadlines
5. Ability to complete tasks in a safe manner
6. Good PC literacy skills with knowledge of MS Office Applications
YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1. Completion of manual assembly operations to produce sub-assembly, motor, or electrical assemblies in a safe manner. Work should be done to a pre-determined quality standard using approved methods in which training has been received.
2. Adhering to agreed delivery schedules.
3. Adherence to and continuous improvement of WI’s and QMS processes.
4. Completion of lifting database to ensure all components are accurately tracked.
5. Constructive reporting of quality issues via the fault database.
6. Maintenance of our clean build environment.
7. Maintenance of allocated equipment through basic TPM controls and early reporting of issues.
