The role: As Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll lead campaigns across paid media, social platforms, and digital content, working closely with agencies and internal teams to drive visibility, traffic, and ecommerce performance. Location: Hybrid – 3 days in the office (Tonbridge, Kent) Salary: £40k bonus & benefits ️ Scope: UK EU digital campaigns, with exposure to senior stakeholders ✅ What we’re looking for: • 3-5 years in digital marketing (within the Consumer Goods industry) • Experience with Google Ads, Meta, SEO/PPC/SEM, and analytics tools • A hands-on, commercial mindset • Agency management experience • Creative flair data confidence This is an excellent move if you’re ready to take full ownership of performance campaigns and be part of a business scaling across EMEA.
