We're on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our internal recruitment team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the candidate journey - managing everything from interview scheduling to onboarding - while also supporting our Talent Acquisition Team Leader to develop the next generation of talent.
This is a delivery-focused, non-sales position where your organisational skills and enthusiasm will truly shine. We're also proud to offer a 9-day fortnight working pattern, giving you an extra day off in the following week - ask us more about it.
What you'll be doing:
* Coordinating the full recruitment and onboarding process including interview scheduling, generating offer letters and contracts, and managing pre-employment checks (including right to work).
* Sourcing CVs from job boards and helping to build a strong pipeline of talent.
* Acting as the go-to person for candidates - ensuring a smooth, professional, and positive experience from application through to day one.
* Collaborating closely with our Talent Acquisition Team Leader to support graduate, intern, and early careers recruitment.
* Working onsite 2 days per week to encourage team connection and collaboration, with flexibility to work from home the other 3 days.
What you'll bring:
* Experience in a fast-paced, administrative or coordination role (recruitment/HR experience a bonus!).
* A people-focused approach with strong customer service and communication skills.
* Tech-savviness - comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
* Brilliant attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills.
* A proactive and positive team player who's always ready to jump in and help.
* Willingness to learn and grow your career within Talent Acquisition.
