Location: London
As one of the branch New Homes Consultants, your responsibilities will include generating new business, negotiating with clients, and managing the sales process. Your role will require you to provide expertise in the company's product, negotiate with clients, and manage the sales process. The position offers a basic salary of £20,000 with an OTE of £55,000 - £60,000+ per annum, made up of commissions and bonuses.
To succeed as a New Homes Consultant, you will need to be able to perform the following tasks:
* Answering enquiries and registering new applicants.
* Keeping the company's database up to date.
* Conducting market research.
* Progressing sales and negotiating with clients.
* Ensuring literature is materially correct and up to date.
* Selling homes off plan.
* Providing up-to-date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions.
The successful candidate will have:
* Extensive experience in sales.
* Experience using Reapit would be advantageous – not essential.
