Job summary Team Administrator Department: Lincolnshire Talking Therapies Location: The Archway, Carlton Centre, Lincoln LN2 4WA Band and salary: Band 3 Number of hours: 37.5 per week working 12-8 on either Monday or Wednesday 9-5 on other week days This is an exciting opportunity to join an established Talking Therapy service in Lincolnshire, undertaking the role of the Band 3 Team Administrator. We are looking for a positive, flexible, organised, efficient team player who can respond to the service needs in supporting the delivery of effective compassionate Talking Therapies in Lincolnshire. Main duties of the job The successful applicant will be employed by Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust and based at the Lincoln Base. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, a flexible approach and effective communication skills, and offering 1 evening per week. You will be expected to supervise and train Band 2 admin assistants, organise and prioritise tasks, complete the booking of patient appointments, input data onto the Trust's computer systems, support the efficiency of the service and carry out other general office tasks as required. This includes the managing and ordering of equipment and resources. You will work closely with the Team Manager and existing admin team ensuring we meet our targets when delivering compassionate care. In this role you will require excellent communication and IT skills as well as having an exemplary telephone manner, you will gain access to email inboxes, MS Teams and the clinical systems used by the service. You will also need to be an excellent team player with the initiative to work on your own, and collaborate with the other admin teams in the service.
