Salary: £13.61 per hour
Your purpose will be: To be responsible for exceeding member expectations on a day-to-day basis, whilst ensuring that the Fitness Areas and Activities are promoted and run effectively.
You will be accountable for:
1. Ensuring the Fitness areas and equipment are maintained and presented as laid out in the Brand Standards.
2. Assisting the Senior Therapist in maintaining the highest standards of professionalism in all aspects of operations.
3. Ensuring all treatments are carried out to the highest standards and targets are met, maintaining the five-star level of cleanliness required.
Your key responsibilities & contribution will be:
1. Day-to-day running of all fitness-related activities.
2. Cleanliness and maintenance of all gymnasium equipment and presentation of fitness staff.
3. Ongoing training and self-development.
4. Fitness / therapy bookings.
5. Health & Safety.
6. Complaints.
7. Fun & Humour.
8. Miscellaneous tasks.
9. Providing relevant information.
10. Operating switchboard.
11. Answering queries.
12. Controlling float.
13. Completing administration query forms.
14. Receiving income.
What you will need to do this role:
1. Passion for customer service and providing outstanding treatments to all guests.
2. Graduate from an accredited school of aesthetics (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, NVQ3 or equivalent).
3. Previous experience in a luxury environment or day spa.
4. Trained in body treatments, facials, manicure, and pedicure.
5. Outstanding communication skills, both written and spoken.
6. Enthusiastic and positive personality.
7. Excellent attention to detail.
8. Highly organised and able to work independently.
9. Flexibility to work shifts and weekends.
