This is an amazing opportunity to work as a Field Monitoring Installation Officer within the Criminal Justice sector.
Your role will involve the installation, investigation, and decommissioning of electronic monitoring equipment.
Shift Pattern
You will be required to work a set shift pattern due to the nature of our business, we must visit our clients during their curfew period. As a result, the role is primarily backshift 17:00-00:30 hrs Tuesday to Saturday.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £14.38 per hour or £26,243.57 based on a full-time 35 hours per week contract as well as a company pension scheme, life assurance, 5.6 weeks’ paid holiday and staff discounts including Perks at Work.
Location
The role is remotely based in Peterhead and the surrounding areas. The successful applicant should live within a 30 mile radius of Aberdeen Sheriff Court (AB11 5BB).
Requirements
You will be provided with a pool car to be used during your shift time that will enable you to complete your assigned tasks for the evening, you will also be provided with a fuel card, mobile phone and tablet. A full driving licence is essential for the role and an ongoing programme of training and development will be provided.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Responsible for the installation, investigation of alerts and decommissioning of curfew orders within your designated area and in accordance with Company Procedures and terms of the contract.
2. Support and advise persons during their period of curfew.
3. Report incidents/non-compliance to the appropriate agencies.
4. Process incidents/violations within agreed timescales to meet SLA’s.
5. Escalate reportable incidents to the Monitoring Centre and as per agreed procedures.
6. Build and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers through the application of the principles of pro-social modelling.
7. Maintain, uphold and demonstrate values and protect the company brand.
8. Document all contact with our customers both internal and external.

Additional Information
