Compensation & Benefits
* $300 Sign-on Bonus for RBT-certified applicants with 3pm-7pm availability!

Your Role as an RBT at Discovery ABA
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in homes, schools, and daycare settings throughout North Carolina. Guided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you'll help clients build essential life, social, and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Implement ABA therapy programs focused on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
* Collect and analyze data to track client progress and inform treatment plans.
* Work with caregivers and team members to ensure consistent therapy implementation.
* Participate in supervision and ongoing training provided by BCBAs.
* Ensure a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for clients during therapy sessions.
* Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in all interactions.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in the ABA field is required.
* Previous Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician experience.
* RBT certification (or in progress) is strongly preferred.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
