Smileys Childcare Agency Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Childcare Operations Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee the day-to-day operations of our childcare services in Godalming, Surrey
* To ensure the highest standards of care and education for children in our settings
* To manage and develop our staff to achieve excellent outcomes for children
About the Role:
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of emotional intelligence, effective communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £33,592 per annum (pro rata), which is negotiable depending on experience. Additional benefits include a £1,000 signing bonus and a £750 referral fee.
Requirements:
* A relevant degree in early childhood education or a related field
* At least 2 years' experience in a senior childcare management role
* Strong leadership and teamwork skills
Working Hours:
This is a full-time position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm all year round.

The role is based in Godalming, Surrey GU7.
