Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team.

* As one of our high performing bookkeepers you will have previous experience working in a similar role.

* Hours to be worked between Monday – Friday (8am – 6pm)
Job Spec:
* Process day-to-day financial transactions, including invoicing, payroll, and expenses.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks)
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure all accounts are balanced.
* Prepare and submit VAT returns accurately and on time.
* Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports.
* Liaise with clients to resolve any financial queries or discrepancies.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable.
* Support the preparation of year-end accounting and audits as needed.
* Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with relevant financial regulations.
Experience Required:
* 5+ Years practice experience
* 3+ Years Xero experience
* Microsoft proficient
