* Must be eligible to work in the UK.
* You should be able to commute to our STB office location in either London or Reading as required.
Responsibilities:
* I will execute quality assurance activities, including monitoring the end-to-end REF processes in line with the REF quality assurance framework, highlighting any business or customer risks.
* I will conduct quality assurance checks against operational processes and analyze QA test results, identifying recurring themes and investigating potential root causes.
* I will review Operating Platform records to ensure adherence to REF data quality standards and governance.
* I will ensure adherence to the STB Records Management Policy through the review of I-Drive Customer files.
* I will review credit risk activities and Governance adherence regarding Companies House and Equifax activities.
* I will produce periodic QA test results management information (MI) packs for circulation, providing constructive feedback to management and liaising with appropriate stakeholders concerning remedial action plans.
* I will manage stakeholder meetings to discuss findings, themes, and resolutions to support performance improvements.
* I will investigate findings and make recommendations on appropriate remedial work, process improvements, or training requirements.
* I will create and maintain accurate and timely records of any Operational Incidents with the REF Quality Assurance & Governance Team for escalation via the Operational Risk Management System.
* I will maintain up-to-date knowledge and understanding of the core products, processes, and regulatory policies to provide specialist assistance and share best practices.
* I will support ad-hoc projects as a subject matter expert, ensuring that all internal processes are followed and actions are completed within agreed timescales.
* I will assist in the creation and maintenance of REF process maps and procedures.
* I will act as Change Forum Secretary, coordinating the agenda and minutes.
