Are you an experienced Finance Administrator who is interested in a varied and rewarding temporary role within a large organisation where you will utilise your excellent Admin and Finance skills to: Check invoices to ensure the goods have been received and the invoice details are correct and coded accurately Batching and reconciling invoices Communicating extensively with suppliers via telephone and email, ensuring invoices are received and regarding payment queries Supporting colleagues and Managers to collate financial information for budgets and billing Full admin support to the Team include email responses, electronic archiving of invoices and financial documents Data entry and database maintenance Managing diaries including holidays, sickness and other absence across the team Updating management information systems Booking the meeting room and greeting visitors at Reception
