An opportunity has arisen join a Building Services Consultancy who are looking to expand
their Sustainability team by taking on a new Sustainability Consultant. You will become part of a
skilled team that will be working on numerous detailed design projects while assisting clients to
promote energy conservation and renewable technology.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
Working towards or holds a degree in Sustainability, Environmental, Mechanical (building services) Engineering or similar relevant subject.
Understand Sustainability standards and new incoming regulation changes
On Construction Domestic Energy Assessor OCDEA
Non-Domestic Energy Assessor (preferential but not essential)
Minimum 9 GCSE's A - C, including Maths and EnglishExperience (preferred)
SAP Assessments & EPC production, SBEM
Part L Assessments
PSI Value Calculations
NDEA Energy Assessor Level 3 or 4
Overheating Training (IES preferential but not essential)
BREEAM literate (preferential but not essential)Marketing
Have a passion for Sustainability
Liaise with external consultants and colleagues across the practice
Have excellent written communication skills to produce reports for both internal and external parties
Demonstrate the ability to deal with different workloads and challenges
A good understanding of their product, the client's needs, wants and objectives
