Based in the north of Glasgow, Maryhill Housing has been established for over 40 years. We own over 3000 rented properties and provide a factoring service to over 700 units. The Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will be the first point of contact with all customers, whether this is by calls, emails, text or face-to-face, and be responsible for receiving, diagnosing and implementing solutions for all queries. Customer Advisors will also have a role in supporting colleagues in the wider team by only escalating issues where ongoing case management or greater customer proximity is required. High standards of customer satisfaction are key as we are looking for someone who wants to get stuck in and make a difference in people’s lives.
On Offer
This role has a salary banding of £29,086 - £32,324 (EVH grade 5). In addition, you will receive an excellent benefits package, which includes 25 days annual leave (pro rata), 15 days public holiday (pro rata) and access to a contributory pension scheme. Working hours are 21 hours per week and days are flexible.
