Role Description
A sales role focused on account management, the primary responsibility is to manage and grow existing client accounts while ensuring their satisfaction and meeting sales targets. Account management is more about maintaining relationships, providing excellent service, and driving additional revenue from current clients. High churn rates can directly impact company revenue and growth, so ensuring that clients remain satisfied, loyal, and engaged is essential.
