Brand Partnerships Executive Reporting to: Commercial Director Base Location: East Yorkshire, UK Company: Founded in 2009, our client is a leading, independently owned distributor of US branded vitamins and supplements across Europe and number 1 reseller of US brands on Amazon Europe. With distribution centre’s in both the UK and the Netherlands, the company employs a team of over 40 people. Their mission is to improve wellbeing across Europe by supplying high quality vitamins, supplements, and wellness products that meet our customers’ needs. Main Purpose of the Role To support the Commercial Director in managing relationships with supplier brands, ensuring effective communication, reporting, and collaboration to maximise mutual success. This is an entry-level role designed for someone looking to develop into relationship management or business development. Key Responsibilities Brand Relationship Management: serve as a key point of contact for supplier brands, ensuring smooth and timely communication. Stay updated on supplier developments, such as product launches or policy changes, and communicate their impact to internal teams. Provide supplier brands with regular performance updates, including sales trends, campaign results, and insights. Data Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and present accurate reports on brand performance and sales trends. Collate and analyse data to identify opportunities for growth, including new product lines or promotional strategies. Support for Channel Leads: gather and provide insights and feedback from channels (e.g., e-commerce, retail, B2B) to support strategic decision-making. Ensure all supplier-related information is available to relevant teams to aid execution. Support for the Commercial Director: provide general administrative and operational support to the Commercial Director to ensure smooth execution of projects and priorities. Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and documentation as required. Help manage workflows and priorities by ensuring key tasks and deadlines are tracked and completed. Act as a liaison between the Commercial Director and other internal teams, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on key actions. Occasionally assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting action points when needed. Meeting & Event Preparation: Plan and organise supplier meetings and visits, ensuring objectives are clearly set and outcomes documented. Assist in the preparation of presentations and proposals for supplier collaborations. Process Improvement & Coordination: ensure efficient handling of supplier-related requests, such as stock allocations, pricing changes, or compliance updates. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve the flow of information between the business and its supplier partners. Market Insights & Research: monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights to the Commercial Director. Support the identification of potential new suppliers and partnerships. Candidate Profile Essential Skills & Experience: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Proficiency in Excel and data analysis to produce clear, actionable reports. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with PowerPoint for creating effective presentations. Proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. A strong interest in developing skills in relationship management and business development. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in account management, partnerships, or a similar role (e.g., through internships or entry-level positions). Familiarity with the health and wellness sector or consumer goods industry.
