We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Telesales Advisor to join this established and growing business. As a Telesales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and helping us achieve our business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound sales calls to prospective customers
- Engaging in telemarketing activities to generate leads and promote our services
- Setting appointments with potential clients for our sales team
- Effectively cross-selling and upselling products/services to new business customers
- Building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Achieving and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools
What we offer:
A highly competative basic salary of £28,000 pa plus commision working Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS
