Data Administrator Location: Warwick Salary: (To be discussed on application) 12 Month FTC Our client is a global organisation with a vision to create a clean and energy-efficient future by delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions for the automotive market who are looking for a Data Administrator position to assist in the inputting and maintenance of data within their SAP ERP system. The role is offered on a 12-month FTC basis and offers a flexible approach to working hours with the benefit of a hybrid working model with 2-days based in Warwick and 3 days remote working (40 hours Monday to Friday). The ideal Data Administrator will have experience in the development of effective and efficient audit methods, be able to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies whilst providing feedback to continuously improve processes in both data collection and input. Key roles and responsibilities for the Data Administrator Maintain and update business system data across EMEA to meet timelines and requests. Run regular data audits to ensure maximum integrity and support the Data Lead with method improvement. Identify and correct data errors, providing valuable feedback to improve data input and collation processes. Manage Material Master and Customer Master records in SAP for EMEA Sales Organisations and Plants. Maintain billing outputs and key contact details for accuracy. Oversee Supersession & Obsolescence processes across the EMEA region. Generate and maintain Product BoM & Routings data within SAP. Own and improve the Data Team’s process documentation and work instructions. Support Finance with the Cost Roll-up Process, ensuring timely and accurate updates. What we’re looking for in the ideal Data Administrator Basic understanding of Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) Experience working with SAP (Material Master, Customer Master, BOMs, etc.). Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across regions and departments. A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement.
