A multiple award-winning, VC-backed technology company in Wilmslow, Cheshire, is scaling its new business team with a Business Development Manager to drive adoption and help it disrupt an industry that is crying out for innovation and change.
The new business sales team consists of 4 x SDRs 2 x BDEs 1 x BDM plus this new hire.
As a Business Development Manager in the customer team your focus will be to identify, contact and qualify growing companies in the UK who would benefit from using the platform.
You will be provided full training and all the tools you need to succeed and will join a friendly, growing and successful team environment.
Tech companies expanding their team.
Use prospecting methods like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold calling, email outreach, networking, and online platforms to generate leads.
Collaborate with the customer success team for seamless onboarding and implementation.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Provide regular sales activity reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to the Commercial Director.
This role is fully office based as the company are building a company culture of working as a team and growing as a business. The office is based just 15 minute train ride from Manchester City Centre in the leafy village of Wilmslow with fabulous local bars, shops and restaurants.
12-18 months’ work experience in customer facing or business development roles, ideally in recruitment, other areas of interest would be tech sales, SaaS sales or the ability to show success in other outreach jobs.
