What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational level 3 Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and successful team working with a wide variety of young people. This role requires energy and the ability to motivate students to achieve their maximum potential while maintaining and developing their independence.
We are especially interested in candidates who have experience working with children at KS2 with good knowledge of phonics, literacy, and numeracy. We are also keen to appoint a candidate with training or experience in ELSA and/or autism. Suitable candidates must be kind and caring, be flexible, organised, and have experience of working with young people.
The successful candidate will:
