Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled Senior Bid Writer to join our clients growing team. This role involves creating high-quality, compelling bid proposals that effectively communicate value propositions and drive business growth. With a strong emphasis on flexible and hybrid working, you will have the opportunity to work remotely for three days a week. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression, with previous team leaders having advanced from entry-level bid writing roles.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of bid writing experience, with a proven ability to develop persuasive, client-focused content for tender proposals.
Job Responsibilities
* Develop compelling bid and proposal content that aligns with business objectives.
* Collaborate with bid managers and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies.
* Conduct research and gather information to support evidence-based proposals.
* Edit and proofread bid responses to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance.
* Participate in bid/no-bid decision-making and strategy meetings.
* Mentor junior bid team members to support their development.
* Ensure all submissions meet RFP requirements and deadlines.
* Translate complex technical information into clear, persuasive content.
* Manage multiple bid projects, ensuring timely delivery under tight deadlines.
