We’re on the lookout for a talented eCommerce Retention Co-ordinator to join our client's driven fast-paced internal marketing team.

Reporting into and supporting the eCommerce Manager, the successful applicant will increase the engagement levels of the eCRM programme across triggered, personalised, and segmented campaigns to help deliver retention and reactivation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the end-to-end production of emails working with the Product and Creative team.
* Provide data and creative briefs including landing page briefs.
* Analyse and report on email performance with recommendations for improvements.
* Develop campaign tests including subject line, product, design, messaging, and promotion to optimise performance.
* Utilise other data sources to improve email engagement including customer reviews.
* Regularly review transactional emails with the eCommerce provider, creative, and CS teams.
* Responsible for setting up and reporting on email customer segmentation.
* Set up, manage, and share the eCRM planner.
* Review competitor emails and keep abreast of industry developments.
* Identify and raise any data issues as they occur.
* Work alongside the Compliance Officer to ensure all data collected is compliant with data processing laws.

* Graduate with both analytical ability and creative interest.
* Understanding of CRM (training will be given).
* Able to interpret Google Analytics/dashboards.
